Orchard Furniture are specialists in teak furniture, made for the commercial market:
hotels, holiday cottages and restaurants.

By supplying to the trade, all our furniture has to be made to a higher standard than domestic furniture such as you would buy from the high street or garden centre. For example - all our teak is kiln dried before it is carved, this stops it from swelling and shrinking due to the weather conditions.

Our furniture is made with mortise and tenon joints, dowelled and extra fine sanded to the high traditional standards. All our tables have extra supports underneath for added strength and durability.

Teak is a deciduous hardwood tree that comes from managed plantations, not tropical rainforests. It is sourced from recognised companies, and is therefore highly environmentally friendly.

Teak has a naturally high oil content that makes it resistant to rotting, so it can be left outside all year, even when untreated.
